Cannot resolve org.apache.commons:commons-httpclient:3.1

将_remote.repositories中的>nexus= 修改为 >central= 问题解决；

>nexus 说明这个依赖是从私服中下载的。而此时我是连不上私服的，这些依赖是我从别人的电脑拷贝的。

而原因就是出现在 _remote.repositories 的 >nexus= 引起的。找到对应的 _remote.repositories 文件，将所有的 >nexus= 修改为 >central=
